Looking Ahead Into 2011 & What's Coming

The Playing Field Widens
Reading tea leaves is generally a foolish exercise, however, some amount of evidence can lead to reasonable predictions... so here goes.

I see Google as still be a front runner, but BING is developing a second life and the success of Windows 7 plays a big role, so I am projecting a measurable benefit for anyone willing to spend the SEO time & dime to play in the BING sandbox. The dark-horse in 2011 is not doubt Apple, but dark or not, never, ever ignore Mr. Jobs. As 150,000,000 mobile and fixed iOS units suggest and iAds confirm, Apple has its eye on the consumer search marketplace.

In no “play on words”, Ping sounds a lot like BING and a Facebook/Ping ceremony, is I believe, a forgone 2011 likelihood. With this in mind, much attention from this SEO shop is now focused on Facebook, though Twitter is still a favourite for quick impact.

Did you know that The Top Spot is also affiliated with e-Agent, one of the original 27 iPhone/iPad app developers? Well, we are and that means that getting increased mobil exposure is certainly something we can assist with.

2011 should prove a very interesting year indeed.
